1989 - Club Nintendo begins.
The start of an era. At this point, the NES was still the only Nintendo console available in the UK.

1990 - Enter the Game Boy.
Nintendo's portable system arrives, bringing with it the computer gaming phenomenon, Tetris.

1991 - Gremlins and Ninjas and Raccoons, oh my!
Nintendo proves there's still life in the NES with the long-awaited release of Super Mario Bros. 3.






1992 - Nintendo gets Super!
The Super Nintendo Entertainment System is finally released in the UK!

1993 - Reaching for the Stars with Super FX!
The creation of the Super FX chip adds '3D polygon graphics' to the list of the SNES's capabilities. Club Nintendo UK ends.




Specials - Club Nintendo goes above and beyond.
These special issues were separate from the main magazine, and focused on tips and features rather than news and reviews.
